Here are some ideas to try to get your microphone or camera working.

1.  Restart your computer.  

2.  Go to System Preferencespreferences 

and choose Privacy.

3.  Choose Camera or Microphone in the left menu.  Make sure the programs have a checkmark (like Zoom and others).
